Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your EPIONA purchase. In addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, we offer a 30-day return period. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Returns

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions. Because EPIONA works with different fulfilment partners, the return address may vary depending on the product and the partner responsible for fulfilling your order.

Please do not send products to EPIONA's registered business address or automatically return them to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Items returned without following the return instructions provided by us may result in delays in processing the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items should be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, with any original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of an item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Exceptions

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and your purchase qualifies for the statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
